View Student Performance

OLI Torus includes several metrics for monitoring student performance.

Performance Metrics

Progress
Shows how far students have moved through the course materials. Progress may include answering questions on pages, visiting pages without questions, and submitting scored assignments.

Proficiency
Shows how well students are answering practice and scored questions correctly.

Scores
Shows the actual scores students earned on scored pages or assignments.

View Performance by Student

  1. Go to Overview > Students.
  2. Review the list of students, including their overall progress and proficiency in the course materials.
  3. Click a student’s name to view more detailed information.
  4. Use the available tabs to review the student’s:
    • Progress by unit or module
    • Assessment scores
    • Assessment submissions
    • Practice page responses

From these views, you can drill into individual assessments and practice pages to review the student’s answers.
