Home View Overview

Welcome Banner

  • Appears at the top of the page.

  • Welcomes new students on their first visit.

  • Provides returning students with a quick link to where they last left off.

    • Start Practice takes you straight to the last page where you were working.

    • Show In Course takes you to the Learn View with a list of the pages around where you were working last.


Pay Banner (for paid courses that have not been paid)

  • Displays a yellow banner at the very top.

  • Shows the number of days left in the Grace Period (if available).

  • Includes a Pay Now or Pay link to purchase access at any time via credit card or payment access code (if available).

  • Payment grants or restores access to course materials and progress.



Agenda (if enabled)

  • Lists upcoming lessons and materials if the course has a schedule.

  • Each lesson expands to show links to individual pages.



Assignments

  • Displays upcoming scored assignments.



Course Progress

  • Tracks completion as students move through lessons and submit assignments.

  • Completed pages show a green checkmark.

  • Summarizes overall progress.

  • (If applicable.) Shows certificate progress directly under Course Progress. Not all courses have certificates.



Home

  • Opens the Home View.


Learn

  • Shows each lesson with clickable tiles for pages or sub-content.

  • Option to switch from Gallery View (tiles) to Outline View (list).



Schedule (if enabled)

  • Displays course content in date order.

  • Includes Read By (suggested) dates and Due Dates.

  • Scored Assignments show an orange flag.

  • Completed items show a green checkmark.


Notes

  • Collects personal notes and course discussion notes in one view.

  • Notes and discussions also appear on their related course pages.

  • Availability depends on instructor settings.


Assignments

  • Lists all scored assignments in the course.

  • Includes suggested and due dates (if set).



Other Views (if enabled)

  • Some courses include additional views, such as Explorations or Practice.

  • These provide extra materials for deeper study or review.
