Blackboard Instructor: Add an OLI Torus link to your Blackboard shell

This set of instructions is meant to help a Blackboard instructor add OLI Torus links to a Blackboard class shell.

​ADMIN STEP 1: Configure OLI Torus as an LTI Advantage (LTI v1.3) external tool

  1. If your Blackboard admin hasn't integrated OLI Torus in Blackboard yet, please share this article with them.
  1. Add a Torus link to your course shell. In Course Content, click Content Market and choose OLI - Torus from the list.



  2. Click your new OLI - Torus link to reach the Create Course tool.



  3. Follow the prompts to create your course, which can be configured with Assessment Settings, reading and Due dates, and custom content selection from the Manage page.
